Where do you service?
We are located in and operate out of Winter Park, FL, 32792. However, we service in a 50 mile radius of the immediate Orlando area.
Where will the service take place?
At Pristine Sports, we set out to be a fully mobile detailing company. Therefore, we service you in your own driveway! Simply enter your home address when booking the service.
What do you require for the detailing service?
All we require to complete the service is access to a water faucet and a power outlet!
What if I need to cancel the service?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your detailing service, simply send us an email via the contact tab located at the top of the page and explain your situation. Any cancellations will be fully refunded so long as you cancel no less than an hour in advance!
What if I will not be home during my scheduled service?
No problem! If you won't be present during the service, simply leave a note when scheduling(or send us an email via the contact tab at the top of the page) to inform us of where the keys to your vehicle are located and we will complete the rest!
What do I need to do in preparation for the service?
Essentially, nothing! All we ask is that customers attempt to keep their car covered until an hour or so before the service to keep the surface temperature of your vehicle as low as possible. Additionally, if you won't be present during the service simply inform us of where the keys to your vehicle will be located by leaving a note when scheduling or sending an email via the contact tab at the top of the page.
Can I book a service for multiple vehicles?
Absolutely! If you wish to book a service for multiple vehicles, simply contact us via the contact tab at the top of the page and we will get back to you with an invoice specific to your request. We offer a 10% discount on the order total for each additional vehicle!
